Sale of Land Act – Section 8A

(1) lists land that can be dealt with without being subdivided

(a) Under the operation of the Transfer of Land Act 1958 (8 examples)

(b) Not under the operation of the Transfer of Land Act 1958 (4 examples)

Other land part of an example in (a) and (b) – the remainder of that land can be dealt with (5 examples)

(2) Expressions in the Subdivision Act have the same meanings as in the Act (Terms are not repeated at the start of this Act*)
